Airport limo to hotel

Our flight lands in Kansai International Airport at night and we'd like to ride the airport limousine to our hotel-Hearton Hotel Kita Umeda. Since the bus will not stop at our hotel, where should we get off and what are the specific directions we should use to walk to our hotel?
