From Kix To Matsusaka Best Pass

Hello! I'll be arriving at KIX at 4:15 Thursday and wanted to know the best way to get to Matsusaka Station. Should I get a Kintetsu Rail Pass? Or ICOCA & HARUKA Pass? I plan on traveling through Japan after Matsusaka if that helps any. Thank you for your time.
