Which Transport KIX Airport to Osaka city

my wife and I are travelling to Osaka in early August - we arrive at KIX airport at 22:25hrs allowing maybe 40 mins to get into the arrivals area it will be after 23:00hrs.
This appears to be too late to catch the Limo bus or trains to Osaka city - which means only Taxi which is expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Perhaps my research is incorrect and someone can tell me which bus/train we can take.

Looks like the Limited Express Rapi:t train bound for Namba runs til 23:29 nightly.

As long as it is not going to the suburbs of Osaka, in that time period, you might be possible toward the destination by using a limousine bus or train. You need to confirm whether you are going to any area of Osaka.

In order to go to your hotel, the limousine bus bound for Osaka Sta. is available. It will depart from KIX Terminal 1 at 23:10, 23:45 and 1:45. Place of destination of it is Herbis Osaka, it is a three-minute walk to your hotel from there.
