According to Japanese Wikipedia they resumed operation in 2013. Note that ropeway/cablecar website mentions that one of the ropeway lifts is temporarily out of service which makes the wait times longer: http://kobe-rope.jp/

It is every 20 minutes, but, yllwsmrf is as mentioned, the time to wait for the busy time is required, issuance is even made.
They are scheduled for December around the operation by the two units.

I will correct my comments. Currently, the ropeway is operated in a single unit. And the cable car at the foot side is operated by two for a long time. Both the cable car and ropeway is every 20 minutes normally.

Thanks. Is it advisable if I plan to go on 27/7(Sun) 4:00pm?
My plan is shopping at Kobe Sanda Premium Outlet in the morning by direct bus from Osaka. Then, drop by Sannomiya to go to Mt.Maya in the evening.
