I've stayed at Best Western Astina Shinkuju, 8 mins walking distance from Shinjuku Station. I was on a budget and needed to stay near the station. Had booked early so got a good deal from Hotelclub.com. They have early bird discount, and you can sort according to price, ratings, and distance from your desired location.
