Should I get Kanto Pass?

This is my 7 days itenary:-
Day 1 - Tokyo (arrive late)
Day 2 - Take train to Karuizawa. Overnight
Day 3 - Explore Karuizawa n nearby attractions. Overnight
Day 4 - Take train n bus to Minakami. Overnight
Day 5 - Explore Minakami, onsen. Overnight
Day 6 - Ski near Minakami. Overnight
Day 7 - Take train back to Tokyo
Is the Nagano Shinkansen fr Tokyo to Karuisawa covered by Kanto Pass? Are the local buses in Karuisawa ie Kusakaru Kotsu and Minakami covered by Kanto Pass? I guess if i buy Kanto Pass it should be fr day 2 - 4.
