Does anyone know of any sort of contact email address to cover lost property for Yokosuka?
I can find no address of any sort on the city's website but I lost some things there that I really want back.
I maybe lost it at the mikasa but can find no email address for them either.

If you lost it on Mikasa, you should try to contact the management foundation of it.

However, there is a possibility that if you visited there a few days ago, it was sent to the police already.
