I am expected to visit Kansai area and Hiroshima in September with 3 friends from Spain.

I found that I can buy JR Detective Conan Pass in Korea and that I informed my friends in Spain of this Pass. However, they cannot buy the Pass in Spain. In this case, can I buy the Pass for them in Korea??
