Hi, I'm looking for an English-speaking gynecologist in Chiba city. While I can go into Tokyo, I'd much prefer something closer to home. I don't mind so much if receptionists don't speak English, but I would really much prefer speaking English to the doctor. It would be even better if they also accepted Japanese health insurance!
