From narita to Shizuoka

Hi, I'll arrive Narita at 9pm from NYC. Do I have enough time to active my JR pass at JR ticket office in the terminal?
If I can active my JR pass, which train shall I take to get to Shizuoka?
What time is the last train from Narita to Shizuoka?
If any one can help me, thx

As I look it up, even if you are able to leave Narita Airport (T2) at 21:46 on Narita Express to Tokyo, you get to Tokyo at 22:37. The only train that seems to be available is Moonlight Nagara departing at 23:10,reaching Shizuoka station at 01:48. You might consider staying over in Tokyo for the night.
During the day, the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Shizuoka takes only 1 hour or 1 hour and a half.
