Nagaoka Hanabi - what time?

We will stay at Niigata on 3rd, August in order to visit the Nagaoka hanabi.
What is the schedule for the fireworks? What time should we plan our return to Niigata after the fireworks (by train)?

Fireworks are held on both Aug 2 and Aug 3 from 7.25 pm to 9.10 pm.
