Japan in the Spring, what is recommended?

This would be my first time in Asia, I am looking at a two week family vacation. This trip will most likely occur sometime between Spring of 2016, and Summer of 2018. My ideal trip would be a 3 day plan; Tokyo, Kyoto (Day trip to Kobe), Osaka, Nagoya, and Hiroshima.

Without knowing your interests, we could recommend you plenty of host or hostess bars.
But seriously, look at the Japan Guide travel section and start planning from there.
