Kix to Kyoto to Osaka to Kix Value Pass

Hi,
I will be doing a budget short trip to Kansai so can suggest me value ticket/pass for my trip.

Day 1
8.30am : arrive in KIX
9.00am-14.00 : to Kyoto, Kinkakuji, imperial castle, check in hotel at Shijo area.
16.00am : Ginkakuji, Kiyomizudera
18.00pm : nishiki market, gion street, yasaka shrine night view.

Day 2
10.00am : Check out and head to Fushimi inari.
11.00am : to Osaka, namba check in hotel.
12:00pm : dotombori, den-den town, Osaka castle, osaka bay area

Day 3
10.00am : Check out head to Nara
18.0opm : to KIX

Question:
1. Does the itinerary sound reasonable?

2. Which is the best pass to KIX-KYOTO-OSAKA-NARA-KIX? Kansai Thru Pass, JR West, Haruka-ICOCA pass, or Kyoto Access Ticket?

I prefer Osaka Unlimted Pass for Day 2&3 as it offer free admissions, but can it cover Nara as well?

1. Day1 itinerary seems so tight. As your arriving time in Kyoto is around 11-12 a.m. , you can visit 2 or 3 spots.
In addition, Most temples close at 5 p.m. and Nishiki shops at 6 p.m.

2.JR kansai area pass covers all your itinerary.You can get at JR kix station.
