Morning Rush Hour in Tokyo

Hiya,
Sorry that this topic already had many exchanges here. But I wasn't able to find answers in previous posts.
I will be going to Hakone on Odakyu Romancecar from Shinjuku taking the 7:21am departure train. Based on the 7-9am morning rush hour in Tokyo, will it be safer for me to set off from JR Ueno at around 6am? According to Hyperdia, the journey is about 30mins from JR Ueno to JR Shinjuku on JR line. Will I have problem getting on the crowded train around 6am plus?
Any helpful advice will be appreciated!

It doesn't get crowded till after 7ish, so I suppose ~6.30am is fine.

You can depart JR Ueno Station at 6:30 a.m by Yamanote-line for Shinjuku, 26 mins ride, 200 Yen. You will be Shinjuku Station by 7:00 a.m. There is no difference between 6:00 a.m. departure and 6:30 a.m.

I will be going to Hakone on Odakyu Romancecar from Shinjuku taking the 7:21am departure train. Based on the 7-9am morning rush hour in Tokyo, will it be safer for me to set off from JR Ueno at around 6am? Do you plan to use a Hakone Freepass? If so, can you purchase one by the previous day in Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center in Shinjuku Station? If you can, you will have a chance then to explore the huge and complicated Shinjuku railroad terminal and get an image of your JR-Odakyu transfer. If you are not accustomed to a JR-Odakyu transfer in Shinjuku and you plan to purchase a Hakone Freepass on the boarding date (at an Odakyu ticket vending machine), I suppose the alternative route shown below is worth considering, which includes three easy transfers instead. You can take a JR train on Yamanote Line’s inner loop (departing from Track 2 of Ueno Station at 06:30) to Nishi-Nippori Station, pass through a transfer gate to Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line (Track 1), take a train to Yoyogi-Uehara Station, purchase a Hakone Freepass outside gates (within 10 minutes unless the station is too crowded), take an Odakyu Express train (departing from another track beside the same platform at 07:28) to Machida Station and change to an Odakyu Romancecar (departing at 08:02). - japan-guide.com: Hakone Free Pass http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2358_008.html: The name of this pass is officially spelled Hakone Freepass. - Odakyu: How to purchase tickets http://www.odakyu.jp/english/traffic/howto/ticket/- Tokyo Metro: Map of Nishi-Nippori Station http://www.tokyometro.jp/station/nishi-nippori/yardmap/images/yardmap....- JR-East: Shinjuku Station http://www.jreast.co.jp/e/stations/e866.html- Keio: Map of the Shinjuku railroad terminal http://www.keio.co.jp/train/station/station_map/pdf/ksb01_shinjuku.pdf: Here Odakyu tracks are shown in light-blue lines. - Odakyu: Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center http://www.odakyu.jp/english/center/
