hello,
I would like to know if my plan is reasonable:I want to go early in the morning from Hiroshima to Naoshima, spend there few hours and to spend the night in Okayama.
Is it sounds good or too busy? What is the best way to go there in the morning?

The plan is fine however, I would recommend spending the entire day in Naoshima rather than just a few hours. It takes a full day to get there, see the sites, and get out.
Of course ending in Okayama is very reasonable. If you have time on the following day, you should see the sites in Okayama.

Look on the Benesse House site for ferry times. Also look there for all other info about Naoshima.
