I am visting Japan for first time for 15 days. apart from Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka, I need to know which other cities I can visit? I like to see the Japanese traditional places or small cities.

You can visit any place. It depends how much you want to go there.
Why not start with the suggested itinerary pages of this website? Then maybe use the rest of the site to come up with other ideas.
When you have specific questions, this forum is a great place to ask them.

If you have a strong interest in traditional Japan, perhaps you should not visit Osaka and Tokyo or just visit one of them.
There are traditional sites in every region, so it is difficult to suggest places randomly. Maybe Shikoku or the San-in Region?
