Accessible Accommodation From Narita Airport

Which district in Tokyo is easily accessible from Narita airport (likely by train, as I can use my JR rail pass). Want a base so we can have access to major tourist destinations. Will be there for only three nights. Thanks in advance.

Great! and Thanks. Now can you make a few suggestions re accommodation - ryokans or mid-range hotels. Staying in hostels and ryokans for most of our 21 days. There is just a plethora of accommodation so any help narrowing it down would be appreciated!
