How can I buy Kanto Area Pass from Osaka?

I plan a trip to Japan during mid or March 2015 for 11 days starting from Osaka-Kobe-Nara-Kyoto-Nagoya-Takayama-Nagano-Kawaguchigo-Tokyo. I read in the website that Kanto pass can buy only at Tokyo int'l airports and agents in Tokyo area.
Then, how can I get Kanto pass from Kansai area or can I order online and send to my hotel?

You cannot buy it in Osaka. You won't be able to buy it until you reach the Greater Tokyo region. There is no sales location in Kawaguchiko. So, it does not look like the pass will be a good match for your itinerary. Note also that the pass would not pay off for just a trip from Kawaguchiko to Tokyo.
