Besides the Itsukushima Shrine and Daisho-in Trail, may I ask where is the Omotesando Street which is the shopping street in Miyajima to see the Big Spatula? I can't seem to locate Omotesando Street in google maps. Thank you.

Really, you can't miss it. It's a tiny island. Don't worry.

Thanks. This is really encouraging. I intend to spend almost a day at Miyajima.

Hirabbityama After reaching the island by the ferry, I will walk towards Itsukushima Shrine and then for Daisho-in trail? Would I pass the shopping street and the Big Spatula? Thank you.

If you look at the satellite map (on the link) you can see the ferries moored. The shopping street is the one with all the while covers over it, from memory. So to get to the shrine you either walk along the foreshore (crackerdust, with little deer running around - careful they will pinch food if you are carrying it) or you walk down the shopping street which is slightly inland of it but parallel.
