I will be taking the Hanshin line from Osaka-namba station to Kobe. Just wonder the Pasmo card can be used? Thanks.

Yes, this line is part of the PiTaPa network, so you can use Pasmo and all the other cards which are part of the recent "alliance".

Exceptions to the compatibility among railroad lines in and around Kobe : Lines operated by Hokushinkyuko Railway : Lines operated by Kobe Electric Railway (The railroad route Shin-Kobe -- Tanigami -- Arima Onsen is served by these two companies.) To travel on these lines, a PiTaPa Card and an ICOCA Card can be used, but a PASMO Card or a Suica Card cannot be used.
What would you visit in Kobe?

Dear Otomotenasi, thank you for your information. However, I will not be using those rail lines that are not compatible with Pasmo.
