Does any of the following JR Pass cover Kinosaki Onsen?
1. JR Sanyo-Shikoku-Kyushu Rail Pass
2. JR West Rail Pass - Sanyo Area
If not, what pass do you recommend for travelling from Hakata to Osaka with a stop in Hiroshima, Okayama & Kinosaki Onsen?

None of those passes cover Kinosaki Onsen, the only regional pass which does is the Kansai Wide pass. (The countrywide JR pass also covers it, of course.)
