there you need to change to a bus to gotenba some buses go to gotenba station while others go to gotenba premium outlets

should take around 20 to 29 minutes depends on the destination outlet/or station.

you have a bus going from gotenba station or the gotenba outlets to yamanakako this is the time table in japanese

it tkaes 44 minutes from the station and 65 minutes from the outlet

all togehter it is not an easy route to take, from 7:30 14:30 the buses from sengoku dont go to gotenba station but rather to the gotenba outlets, some of the busses to yamanakako dont go through the outlets so you might consider trying to get form the outlet to the station.
