Hang out spots in Tokyo

Hello, everyone :) Actually i live in here but i don't know any good place for hang out.I have a guest and he want to go a good club or bar. I researced form internet, that are a lot of clubs and bars in roppongi but a lot of warnings too. Is there anyone hang out with us or give us advices?

Visiting a Turkish restaurant in Tokyo is my recommendation. "Istanbul" in Akasaka Tokyu Plaza(opposite Tokyo Metro Akasaka-mitsuke station) 2F. http://www.istanbul.co.jp/There is also large food and entertaining area around Akasaka-mitsuke station. You better to go home before train/subway service ends.

Depends on what you're after - drinking, dancing...etc. I was there last week actually and went to a club called Camelot in Shibuya. It doesn't really heat up until 12 ish but if you get there before 11pm, it's a 1000 yen charge + 2 free drinks for men (and free for women). I rather enjoyed myself.
