So far I can only think of using for
1st day: Narita to Saginomiya JR
2nd day: To Hitachi seaside park
3rd day: To Mt Fuji

Use this first. http://www.hyperdia.com/en/D1: Pass not covered until Saginomiya from Takadanobaba. Takadanobaba to Saginomiya is not JR rail(Seibu-shinjuku line of Seibu Railway). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saginomiya_Station_(Tokyo) D2: Pass not coverd any local bus. And "Mt.Fuji(Fuji-san)" station is not climbing rail/cable station. Mt.Fuji is no rail/cable servise to 5th station. (by bus only/not from Fujisan station) D3: Which date? Flower best season much? And pass not covered local bus from Katsuta station.
