Hokkaido sightseeing in early winter

Hi there,
We are planning a 12 days trip to Hokkaido from 21-Nov. We have been to Sapporo & surroundings few times, would like to see more scenic places. Can advice places to go during this time? we can do some driving since it should be not very snowy yet.
We are just 2 girls, we try to avoid long driving journey, but we can stayover at some onsen hotels to enjoy.

Have you ever visited Niseko, Otaru, Noboribetsu, Lake Toya?
I like Abashiri,Shiretoko,Kushiro also.
But it are very further place from Sapporo.
I think Niseko, Otaru, Noboribetsu are easy access from Saporo.
