Main questions
Do I need a Jr pass?
Should I fit matsumoto somewhere else?
My accommodation is all booked except for the 29th...i could stay in matsumoto instead of nagano get up early see the castle then go on to nagano to see snow monkeys then onto hakuba big day but would save me having to stop on the way to Tokyo and will get to see more of Tokyo?

Thanks in advance...

JR-Pass(7d/14d) too much.

Nagano(city) is not so far from Mastumoto by train.

And no "Disney World" in Japan.
"Disney Land(TDL) and SEA(TDS)" as Tokyo Disney Resort(TDR).
