Spa World in Osaka

Can someone tell me if Spa World is running promotional prices right now? I think this says they are, but I can't read Japanese.

Yes, the entry to the facility is 1.200 per person (adult). Please mind that you need to pay for everything extra, including water slides and saunas.
The place is extremely overcrowded at weekends, so better go early in the morning (I waited 40 min just to enter) or during the week.

what's the best website(s) or way to making an accommodation booking for spa world? if i only speak english and very little japanese (not fluent enough to make the booking over the phone with them directly unless they speak English).
