Haruka Express from Kyoto to Tennoji

Hello,
May I know if I can take Haruka Express from Kyoto station to Tennoji Station in Osaka? I know there are other cheaper routes but since I am carrying luggage, I want the shortest and fastest route possible.
If this route is possible, can I reserve the ticket the day before?
I searched through hyperdia website, but it doesn't seem to show this option.

The train's name is Haruka, not Haruka Express. Yes, you can take it from Kyoto to Tennoji, and you can reserve your seat as usual from one month until just before the departure.
