How to buy Hakone Free Pass with RomanceCar

Hi,
I will touch down Tokyo on 22-Oct late night and will go to Gotemba Premium Outlet follow by Hakone on 23-Oct. I would like to use the Hakone Freepass with RomanceCar to get to Gotemba Premium Outlet. And on the same day route to MotoHakone.
Would like to get advise on how and where to buy the Hakone FreePass with the RomanceCar? Is it possible to resevere the seat in RomanceCar online?
