Trip - Central & South Hokkaido in Early Nov

Dear Administrators / any visitor,

I planned a trip to Hokkaido in Nov 5-13. Routes will be started from New Chitose Airport - Noboribetsu (1N) - Hakodate (2N) - Lake Toya (2N) - Otaru (2N) - Sapporo (1N) - Back Tokyo.

I plan to rent a car from Toyota for 5 day, we have 2 persons here, pick up point at New Chitose Airport, drop-off at Otaru.
Any idea how much estimated for the toll fee (incl. express way and etc non-free highway) ?

If i don't rent a car, what will be the estimated cost for trains from Airport till Otaru based on my planned routes i.e. New Chitose Airport - Noboribetsu - Hakodate - Lake Toya - Otaru?

Is it worth to rent a car for 5 days during Nov period to the places base on my planned routes i.e. New Chitose Airport - Noboribetsu - Hakodate - Lake Toya - Otaru
