Can someone help me: I plan to visit either Gifu prefecture or Oita to see autumn leaves somewhere between mid to end Nov. Which is the better city to view autumn leave? Oita or Gifu prefecture? Thank u

Gifu is better than Oita.
But Hida area will be finished maple season until early of Nov eventually.

Ena Vallay is good maple spot in Gifu
Ena maple season is until mid of Nov.
