How many ways to say 'To love' is there in japanese?
I think there are many more ways, like there are a greater varity, than in for example english where u can use the phrases
I like u
i'm fallen in love with u
I love u

Hard to say. There are infinitive way to express your emotion of love. It depends on the situation, place, man or woman, old or young, etc. Don't confuse. Those are only polite expressions. All are similar to "I love you" as you say.
