Suica valid "PASMO" in Kanto(Tokyo and more),
"ICOCA" and "PiTaPa" card in Kansai(Osaka,Kyoto and more) area,too
[sales and refund]
Suica by JR East (railways only)
PASMO by non-JR group (a lot of railways and bus companies)
ICOCA by JR West (railways only) different comapany[not JR East]
PiTaPa by non JR group (a lot of railways and bus companies)
Suica refund cannot at PASMO,ICOCA and PiTaPa stations and bus stop/terminal/in car.
But Suica deposit and SF(Stored Fare/charge) valid "10 Years" from last use.
"e-money"(for shopping and more) and "re-charge" possible in above all card areas
especially re-charge at convenience store easiest say "Suica charge pls!".
(Japanese not using "re-charge")
Read each web all.
