Hotels around Shimbashi/Hama..

Hi,
I am not sure if I ask for too much but trying to find hotels (or hostels) NOT capsule, around Shimbashi, Odaiba or Hamamatsucho less than 9000-10000 a night single room. The cheapest I stayed in Tokyo was a Toyoko Inn near Akihabara, around 7000-8000 yen a night. They have no hotels there though.
I am leaving from Haneda but want to stay around the city not beside the airport...
Appreciate help.

Shimbashi is a business/commercial district, so I would not expect to find what you are looking for... have a look at Toyoko Inn around Shinagawa station? There are a few, and one is located very conveniently close to JR Shinagawa station.

Stay in Kamata, hotels there are around 6000-7000 yen. It's a lively area and served by both Keikyu and JR. And it's only 8 min to Haneda by train.
