Hi, I am planning to Nagano in December. I found in the Japanese website about railway and bus pass.
Can anyone tell me in more details about which routes are operating, and when are these passes valid?

Sales start/valid : consecutive 2 days (mornig 1st to last trains/bus. not 48hrs)
11 Oct[10月11日] to 30 Nov[11月30日] 2014
and 1 apr to 30 Nov[11月30日] 2015 (No sale between Dec and Mar)

Valid Railway and local bus all (not covered Highway and Sightseeing bus).
From Nagano stn[長野(駅)] to Yudanaka stn[湯田中(駅)]
nearest Snowmonkey[地獄谷野猿公苑] park gate bus stop[上林温泉口] and more.
