Baggage on trains

4 of us are taking a limited express train from Kyoto to Kinosakaionsen and back to Osaka on 30/11 - 1/12. Is this the peak period for travel? I'm wondering if there will be enough space to store 4 pieces of medium luggage of 22" to 24" in the train?
If not, is there any delivery company which can handle our baggage size?

I can't remember correctly, but I think there is overhead luggage for reserved and non reserved seating.
I forgot to reserve a seat, I would recommend reserving better carriage.
Should be fine if Cabin bag size.
I was stuck in Kinosaki due the typhoon had to get a Bus back to Osaka.

you mean you leave Kyoto on Nov.30 to Kinosaki and leave Kinosaki on Dec.1 to the next place.
send your baggage from Kyoto to the next Place directly by takkyubin on Nov.30. you bring a small bag with a few days necessity to Kinosaki.
you can send your baggage at your hotel in Kyoto.
