Getting to haneda airport early morning

I will be visiting japan again next year, and usually i come from narita, but this time it's from haneda international airport.

My flight is at 620am japan time, and checking through some details, most of the train service ends around 1200am, and my only option is to get one of the last train service that arrives around 1215am, check in time is usually starts about 3 hours before the flight.

any advice is very much appreciated.

train service starts as early as 430am from Shinjuku station side.
If you catch the first train you can probably get to Haneda airport by 5.15am.

If your flight is at 6.20am, i think better to take a taxi or maybe check out any airport bus service that starts earlier.

The first trian next day will probably be too late as I need to be at the gates within 1hr, and a taxi ride may cost as much as 9000yen, may be more.

I might just take the last train and arrive at haneda around 0030, and waste my time till 0320 when check in starts.

Where do you stay in Tokyo the night before you depart?

When I have an early flight from Haneda I usually stay at the Toyoko Inn Haneda Kuko #2 which is right next to the airport. They have a free shuttle that starts at 4:15 AM and it takes about 5 minutes.

The hotel is 1 stop from Haneda on the Keikyu Kuko Line at Ootori. It's right across from a 7-11 and a Jonathans family restaurant.

I will be staying at hotel Marutani ueno, but I will be check out Toyoko Inn Haneda Kuko and see how it goes.

There is a Keikyu Night Express Bus operated from Shinagawa Station(East Exit) for Haneda International Terminal at 1:30(arrives in Haneda 2:02). If you can leave Ueno around 0:40, takes 20 mins to Shinagawa, so you can catch the bus.
Ueno-Shinagawa=200 Yen
Shinagawa-Haneda=1030 Yen

where do I get the bus from Ueno to Shinagawa and from Shinagawa to haneda.

I have just booked a stay at Hotel MyStays Haneda for 6500 Yen, whiles Toyoko Inn Haneda Airport 2 is 8206 yen.

Hotel MyStays Haneda is much closer to the airport and also has free shuttle service from 0400 and 0430.

If I decide not to stay I can cancel it 48 hours before the arrival date.

You need to move by JR Yamanote-line from Ueno to Shinagawa then move to the bus stop locates in the east exit of Shinagawa station.
The bus stop is called "Konan-boshi koen mae".

I think you better to stay in Hotel My Stays Haneda. Keep the above transportation access as an option.

My flight leaves for singapore from haneda airport at 0800. How do I get to the airport from asakusa, pls?

You shouldn't have any problems, all transport should be available for you.

I need to be at the airport by 0600. There will be train services at that time?

first metro will be around 0500.
