Recommended station to store our luggage

Hi,
We are arriving haneda around 6.10am and would like to have some breakfast at tsukiji market and do some shopping at harajuku before we head to shinjuku station to take our train to hakone. Which station would be a good option to get coin lockers to store our luggage before we head to tsukiji? Considering we have one large and one medium luggage. Thanks in advance for any advice or alternatives.

send the luggage at Haneda by takkyubin, to Hakone hotel or the next hotel after Hakone.
in general, takkyubin is next day delivery service.

will you need the luggage for hakone, and do you intend to return to tokyo after hakone or back to haneda.
If you do return to tokyo, you can alway leave the luggage at the hotel, and I think all jr stations have coin operated locker, it will depends on the size, and you can leave them for 3 days max, if I remember correctly.

We are just looking to spend early morning to noon at Tokyo and head to hakone n 5 fuji lakes for 4 days so delivering luggage to hakone will not work for us.
Anyway, we have decided to try our luck to find the lockers at shinjuku station. Thanks for all your replies.
