i plan to travel from Osaka-kyoto-tokyo by Shinkansen {one way only).is it cost effective for me to buy JR PASS ?or should I buy Shinkansen one by one? how much it cost?
Should I wait till I arrive at Osaka to buy the ticket or should I reserve a ticket before I go to Japan?
is it easy to buy the ticket?
please advise me

You can't reserve tickets from outside of Japan.

No problem except regular weekday morning or evening rush peak.

JR Special rapid using same commuter cars just faster skip stns a lot
than regular rapid(different skip stn numbers) and local(all stn stop).
No seat numbers No seat booking.

You can buy the ticket at any train station that has a ticket counter booth.

These are usually most stations in major cities, airports, and major stations in smaller cities. Towns/villages/rural residential areas might not have a ticket counter. They might not even have a station!

Osaka is a major city
Shin-Osaka station is a major station

Ticket ok

Kansai Airport is an international airport.
