would like to ski for 2 days, any recommendation. Suggestions for travelling around from 18 to 31 Dec. hire a mini-van or use the railpass?

Niseko area is famous ski/snowboard spots.
Also there are ski park in Sapporo area.
Those places can be accessed by bus train etc.
