Transport back to Takayama from Shirakawago

Hi,

I am planning to check out the light-up festival at shirakawa-go, but apparently I have checked that nouhi bus last departure back to takayama is very early and I will not be able to catch the light-up experience.

Is there an solution to return to takayama on a slightly later timing? Are there any buses that operate later than nouhi?

It would be great if there was still somewhere to stay a night in shirakawa-go during that period. Thanks!
