If I visit tsuyama castel on Apr.10,2015 for cherry blossom. Is it woth to go to ume no sato the plum is still full bloom on that day.

Ordinary, ume (plum) blossom ends earlier than cherry blossom.
So, it might be difficult.

In a typical year, the plum blossoms are in bloom at Ume no Sato around mid-March and only last a week or two, so it is highly unlikely that they will be worth seeing on April 10th.
