How to take D-51, C-61 steam train

Please suggest me what date & time of the steam train D-51 and C-61 run on in December 2014?
How do I take it? need to reserve or not? Where I can buy the ticket?

Except for December 9th, the 11th, the 16th, the 18th, it has been a day round trip.

D51 and C61 are JR-East Takasaki branch's locomotives.

All trains(as rapid/not Exp) seat tickets sales starts
just one month before 10:00am at JR stations ticket office mainly.
But No online booking from out of Japan and no booking conditions info.
So don't know you can get possible or not if date close get hard usual.

or living or traveling Japan long days already?

Both lines not D51 and C61 type locomotive trains.
C56 and C58 are not so bad but cannot win larger one.
