anyone can help me how to go alpine from tokyo and how can i manage my big luggage,
i am planning also go to shirakawago village, where should i am stay overnight

I assume you refer to the Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route.

First of all, send your large luggage directly to the place you are heading after Shirakawago and bring only a small bag onto your trip through the mountains. Use a delivery service:

From Toyama, take a train to Takayama and then the bus to Shirakawago.

Toyama would be a good place to stay overnight. Or along the Alpine Route, especially in case you do not leave Tokyo very early on day 1.
