Twitter is full of those abbreviated expressions for fun, I guess :)
Seeing the photos, I would say this "harahara rairai" is a bit of a word play. "Harahara" is an onomatopoeic expression for a few different meanings: (1) describing something lightweight fall, one after one another, like with autumn leaves, or (2) heart thumping in excitement or thrill. I'd say it is (1) here, as she is talking about autumn leaves.
"Rairai" is probably a word play for 来, "come come". Whether this is intended to mean they want to see more falling leaves (so telling the leaves to fall more) or inviting the audience to come, is a total mystery. Maybe it's something completely different too.
