You will need to be extremely fit, walk a lot, quickly, take taxis whenever you can, and be prepared to be exhausted. Those two days are not allowing much time at each destination. Is there a reason you are changing hotels? That will take up valuable time. Yasaka Shrine to Kiyomizudera is all uphill. At the end of the day. What will you be doing in Osaka? Do you need much time there, or do you need to just get there by the end of the day? Maybe consider Kiyomizudera after Fushimi Inari What time of year? Daylight can be an issue We did Arashiyama (your exact plan) and then went to Kinkakuji by taxi, in early November, and ran out of daylight. You may need to consider less sights.... Good luck

Ya I am thinking now I might want to stay another night in Kyoto. Even if I stay one more night in Kyoto, I will still have 3 nights in Osaka.
I will be going in May 2015.

Ginkakuji-Philospoher's Path-Heian Shrine-Maruyama Park-Yasaka Shrine-Kodaiji-Higashiyama Streets-Kiyomizudera
Day 3 Arashiyama-Togetsukyo bridge-tenryuji temple-sagano bamboo grove-nijo castle-kinkakuji
Day 4 Fushimi Inari - Nishiki Market
So: it may be better to go Day 2: Ginkakuji-Yasaka Shrine (Chion in and Shoren In are worth seeing) Day 3 Arashiyama-Kinkakuji Day 4 Fushimi Inari-Kiyomiyudera-Higashiyama -Kodiaji Day 5 Nijojo-Nishiki then Osaka
