Getting to osaka from haneda with no JR pass

i am leaving for tokyo soon and i am not in time to have the JR pass delivered to me. i am departing for osaka immediately after i land in Haneda.
Please advise on cost of ticket to osaka from tokyo and how do i get from haneda to the train station.
