Count Down 2015 at Nagashima

I will be headed from Takayama to check in Nagoya on 31 December around 5 PM. I plan to see nabana na sato but happen to find Nagashima also now selling coutdown 2015 ticket. That I need to buy at convenient store before.
When I enter Japan 12/25, I will do. However, some factors needed to be considered.
1. How can I know if not full yet?
2. Nabana Na Sato ticket and countdown event is separated?
3. Will there be any buses or train back to Nagoya after midnight?
