May I know which level is track 11 and track 26?

I looked at their 3D map is very confusing....

The shinkansen platforms (including Track 26) are up on the 4th level.

The conventional lines (including Track 11) are down in the lower part of the station.

I'm not certain if the map you consulted is the one from JR West or the one from JR Central, but I've included links to both of them below so that you can cross-check.
