Translation help for teacher card?

I'm making a card to give my Japanese teacher before the winter holidays. I thought it would be special to write in Japanese.
Here's what I have so far:
[On the cover] ありがとうせんせい!
[On the inside] せんせいへ (ください)たのしいきゅうじつを さくねんはたいへんおせわになりありがとうございます らいねん楽しみにしています。いまさびしくなります。 メリークリスマスとあけましておめでとうございます ソウルより
How does it sound? Any suggestions? I'm a very beginner student so sentence structure is very hard for me ^^;
I am unsure if I should put "ください" at the beginning or not...I would like it to sound like "Please have a fun holiday" but I am not sure if this translates correctly into Japanese. Additionally, I can't write many kanji yet so I'm going to write the message all with hiragana.

It looks good! The card will make her/him happy. Before new year, you can not say あけましておめでとうございます but よいおとしを. To put "please" at the beginning, use どうぞ in this case.
せんせいへ どうぞたのしいきゅうじつを ことしはたいへんおせわになりありがとうございます らいねん楽しみにしています。いまさびしくなります。 メリークリスマスとよいおとしを ソウルより
